- Web Ticket Entry is strongly recommended for all professional excavators to process their own tickets

WANT TO BECOME A WTE USER?
- You must first attend a training class with a Colorado 811 representative to become authorized
- Each person wanting to process tickets must attend a training session, accounts cannot be shared
- Your full and undivided attention will be required during the entire training session
- Virtual training classes are held every Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Additional training classes are available upon request
INITIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Intended solely for professional excavators
- Familiarization with Colorado 811 locate request process
- Basic knowledge of construction/excavation industry and terminology
- Basic computer and mapping skills
- Internet access and the ability to receive attachments and links via email
- Successful completion of the WTE training class
