Upcoming Scheduled System Downtime: Colorado 811 will launch the new Exactix Locate Ticket System late January 29, 2026!
Online ticket entry / management will be unavailable from 12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. MST during the night hours of January 29th, leading into January 30th. The current Norfield/Newtin system will fully cease to function after the system cut over is complete around 3 a.m MST on January 30th! During the system cut over time, you can still report damage and emergency tickets via phone by calling 811 or 1-800-922-1987. Online locate ticket entry / management is scheduled to resume around 3:00 a.m. MST.
