We would like to welcome new Colorado 811 Board of Director, Esther Williams. Esther works for Xcel Energy and will represent Electric Distribution members.
Esther Williams is the Senior Operations Manager for the Public Service of Colorado Damage Prevention Program for Xcel Energy. She has 36 years of damage prevention industry experience with 18 of those years at Xcel Energy. As manager of the damage prevention team Esther oversees more than 1 million locates annually, promotes damage reduction education and awareness through excavator outreach, and investigates all damages to company-owned facilities.
Esther’s passion is working with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain partnerships to reduce underground excavation damages to ensure public and property safety.
