The Positive Response display application has been updated, just in time for the 2021 dig season.
The enhanced Positive Response display now has new features that will help you to the information you need quicker and easier. Navigating the updated application is user-friendly on both your desktop and mobile device. The Positive Response display is now your one-stop-shop for viewing and downloading file attachments!
The file attachments screen sent to excavators and members on Colorado 811 email confirmations and delivery output will be updated in 2021. You can find the link to the new page in your confirmation email or delivery output. Search for the text that reads “View map and file attachments at:” and you are ready to view maps and file attachments uploaded to the ticket.
The new Positive Response display enhancements will be deployed on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
