Thanksgiving – Holiday Closure

Colorado 811 will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd, 2023 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Only Emergency and Damage tickets can be submitted on November 23rd, 2023.
The observation of federal holidays will require an additional business day in regards to the mark-by-date. Tickets processed on Tuesday, November 21st will be due on Friday, November 24th at 11:59pm. Tickets processed Wednesday, November 22nd will be due on Monday, November 27th at 11:59pm.
Call volume is forecasted to be high on Friday, November 24th. To avoid long hold times, we recommend using iDig811 or Web Ticket Entry (WTE) to process locate requests online.
