Thanksgiving – Holiday Closure

Colorado 811 will be closed on Thursday, November 24th, 2022 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Only Emergency and Damage tickets can be submitted on November 24th, 2021.
The observation of federal holidays will require an additional business day in regards to the mark-by-date. Tickets processed on Tuesday, November 22nd will be due on Friday, November 25th at 11:59pm. Tickets processed Wednesday, November 23rd will be due on Monday, November 28th at 11:59pm.
Call volume is forecasted to be high on Friday, November 25th. To avoid long hold times, we recommend using iDig811 or Web Ticket Entry (WTE) to process locate requests online.
