We are currently experiencing DNS (Domain Name Server) technical issues, this is impacting our delivery of tickets to some members.
If you are experiencing any issues with receiving tickets we urge you to clear your cache in your web browser or if you are using a ticket management system clear your cache in that system.
If you need assistance clearing your cache, please contact your email provider directly to clear the cache on your mail server.
Emergency and damage tickets that are not delivering to members will receive a courtesy call from Colorado 811 until the DNS issues is resolved.
