Communications System (811) Outage

4/21/2020 — We are continuing to experience a communications system outage. We have just been notified by our service provider that a damage occurred to an underground fiber line causing significant outages in the Denver area. The underground fiber damage was caused by construction activity; crews are on site working to repair the fiber line. We have been told that the estimated restoration time is 8pm tonight. This means we are unable to receive calls to 811 for the remainder of the day. If this changes we will post this information on our social media accounts. 

We continue to ask all callers to utilize our online services – iDig811, Web Ticket Entry (WTE), and Ticket Express – to submit ticket requests.
